Black Bird Yoga
Iyengar Yoga is a form of yoga that emphasizes complete alignment of the body, mind, breath, and soul. As a certified yoga practitioner, I seek to encourage people of all ages to experience the benefits of yoga: help improve overall health, reduce stress and calm the mind.
My certification is from Yoga Vidya at Heartspace Yoga in Albany, NY and I am insured as a yoga instructor through the Philadelphia Insurance Company. Currently, I am teaching weekly mat yoga classes at Captain’s Lookout in Cohoes, a weekly mat yoga class at the NYS Dept. of Environmental Conservation in Albany, weekly chair yoga classes at the Halfmoon Senior Center and the Waterford Senior/Community Center.
