Festive Fall greetings from Mary’s Healing Hands
Hello friends,
My favorite season is here, I do hope it lasts for awhile. So much going on and there’s just not enough hours in the day to do everything I want to do! The air is so crisp and clear, the nights are lovely for sleeping, and Halloween is almost here- yay!
As you close up your home for the chilly weather, take a moment to replace your smoke detector batteries, update your NetFlix account, stock up on healthy snacks and check your supply of comfy blankets.
This month’s special is a 30 minute chakra realignment for $25. Chakras are our bodies’ energy centers through which energy flows. Keeping these centers open and balanced creates a healthy flow of life energy so we can function at our best. A session is conducted on my massage table, no need to disrobe, while I focus my attention on clearing your energy centers to promote your body’s
natural ability to heal itself and function optimally. Please let me know if you have questions or are interested in scheduling a session.
TIs the season for candles and I’ve got lots of fall soy candles on hand. Soy candles burn so much cleaner than traditional candles and the scents are so pleasing. Autumn Harvest, Pumpkin Souffle and Cinnamon Apple are some of the
fall candles on hand for these crisp nights. My friend Lee of Ladybug Soaps also makes a Smoke and Odor Eliminator soy candle to vanquish the smell of last night’s garlic stir fry or poached salmon 🙂 New soaps have arrived as well:
Pumpkin Patch, Blueberry Pomegranate, Lemongrass Sea Kelp and fresh Cocoa Butter Peppermint to really wake you up in the shower on these dark mornings.
Skip the mall for your holiday shopping and come to our annual Holiday Craft Fair on November 28th, Small Business Saturday, from 10am till 3pm at the Halfmoon -Waterford Firehouse at 315 Middletown Rd. in Waterford. Our vendors will have unique items made locally and you will help support local businesses and the firehouse. We’ll have handmade soaps, maple syrup, grass fed beef (frozen), gorgeous knitted creations, handmade salsas, mustards, cheeses,
ornaments, watercolors, delightful baked goods, jellies, nuts, and I’ll be there to give chair massage to all the weary shoppers. Mark your calendars and more updates to come!
Stay well, stay hydrated and schedule a massage for yourself. You’ll feel so much better 🙂
Peace,
Mary
