Have to say that I’m quite pleased to say good-bye to January, a bit too dreary for me. And, best of all, it means that we’re that much closer to spring! Make
it a point to get out and about with friends or family to help keep your spirits up.
A word of thanks to you all for being so supportive of my Massage A Month Club, I really appreciate it! Unfortunately, rising expenses have made it necessary to increase my monthly rates from $50 an hour to $60 an hour and from $25 for
30 minutes to $30 effective March 1st, 2017. For those not in the monthly club, my regular prices will remain at $70 an hour and $35 for 30 minutes. It’s very important to me to keep my rates as affordable as possible for those who need regular massage work.
In the spirit of keeping things fun, this month’s special is a free 10 minute foot massage with refreshing peppermint massage oil to tingle those tootsies! Peppermint oil is a natural painkiller and inflammation reducer, besides the scent is energizing to boot 🙂 If your hands are in need of some extra care, let me know if you’d like a lavender oil hot wax hand treatment for deep moisturizing on those winter hands for just $5. Please let me know prior to your appointment if you’re interested so the warm wax will be ready for you.
Don’t forget Valentine’s Day with gift certificates for massage! Let me know if you’d like them mailed, put on account or if you’d like to pick them up, just give me a call: 237-5587.
Beginner level chair yoga classes are held here on Thursdays at 11 am and 6 pm,
reservations required as space is limited. Each class is $8 and just wear loose, comfortable clothing. Please call to reserve your space @ 237-5587. or if you have any questions. The Halfmoon Seniors class is every Thursday at 1 pm, please call their center for more information. We are talking with the Town of Waterford about offering classes at their new beautiful Community Center- we’ll let you know details are soon as things are settled 🙂
Also, since this is “heart healthy month”, do yourself a favor and limit time on social media/news to lower your stress levels. Make time instead to be with
friends/family/pets to will help with positivity! It’s all about keeping balance in our lives to keep us healthy and sane 🙂
Peace and love,
