Doesn’t feel like December does it? I’m not complaining, believe me, but it’s throwing me off a bit, I feel a little behind the season and just a little late with this newsletter 🙂
Tis the season, lots of new stock in from Ladybug Soaps: Merry Mistletoe, Vanilla Lace and Bayberry Spice soy candles ($10), “Catch the Thieves” sprays to boost your immune system ($10), coco butter peppermint soaps ($5) to wake you up on these dark winter mornings and lots of lip balms to keep your lips smooth and healthy. For those of you with essential oil diffusers, I’ve got lemongrass, lavender and patchouli scents on hand in 5ml bottles that will make great stocking stuffers too.
My November/December special continues for two gift certificates each good for an hour’s massage for $100. As an added bonus, get a holiday handmade soap in a festive mini gift bag for yourself or a friend. I’m posting pictures on my website: maryshealinghands.com so you can see them. I’ll have these festive gift bags for gift giving as well with 2 handmade soaps and 2 lip balms for $15 (includes tax).
This season is especially difficult for your body, please try to keep your schedule sensible. Use your mad skills to prioritize your daily life “to do” list to protect yourself from being derailed by illness or injury. Stay hydrated and try to make healthy food choices even when faced with unbelievable temptations, maybe just a little sin instead of a truckload 🙂 You owe it to yourself to enjoy the holidays feeling well and full of life!
If you’re in need a massage this month, please schedule as soon as you can as times are limited due to my own holiday schedule. I’m trying very hard to practice what I preach 🙂
Glad tidings of joy to you and yours,
P.S. Upcoming in January and February:
Relationship workshop with Angela Kaufman, Intuitive Consultant and Psychic Medium Insights with Tarot, readings from Dawn Danis
