Wow, I can’t believe July 4th is upon us already! Hope you’re enjoying this lovely season of flowers, breezes and chirping birds & crickets. I miss them when winter arrives, it’s too darn quiet 🙂

This month my summer special continues with a “mini getaway” 90 minute massage for $80 (reg. $90) or a quick tune up 30 minute massage for $30 (reg. $35). The mini get away massage can help you escape reality for just a little while while a 30 minute massage can to focus on a particular issue such as low back pain or stiff neck/shoulders. Chair yoga with Christine continues with weekly classes here at 6th St., at the Waterford Community Center and Halfmoon Senior Center:

Wednesdays at 2pm at Waterford Community Center- open to the public- $4 per class

Thursdays at 1pm at Halfmoon Senior Center- membership required- $3 per class

Thursdays at 6pm here at 6th St-limited space, reservation required- $8 per class

Thank you all so much for your kindnesses and prayers for Lee Lewis and her family. They are slowly recovering, trying to rebuild their lives and their home after that devastating fire. I will keep you posted as to when and where they get settled.
