Time is …..well, there never seems to be enough of it. We know we need to take time for ourselves, but, somehow we are always on the bottom of “that” list. And that is not a good thing, you know it, in our hectic worlds.
So how can you make some time for yourself when there is not enough time in any given day? Consider making some small new habits during your day, just minutes around your daily activities.
For instance, stretch up to the sky when you get out of bed with some nice meaningful breaths, turn off the TV & instead listen to some good music, dance around your home with abandon, sing in the shower, call a good friend for a chat (not while you’re driving :), try very hard to make healthy food choices and consider “journaling”. It’s really nice to be with your own thoughts once in awhile instead of everyone else’s .
It is my sincere hope that you consider your time and how it affects you. We are all masters of our own destiny on this earth, every day.
