        Chair massage – $1 per minute (minimum 15 minutes)    

     Hot Stone massage: $100 an hour

  Make massage a regular part of your self care routine in a very budget friendly way. Please note that membership may be shared between 2 individuals; as long as a person keeps an appointment every month. 

Add ons:

Hot Paraffin Hand Wax treatment:  $5

Detoxing foot soak with essential oils & Epsom Salts- $20

Aromatherapy Massage oils-choice: no charge

Mary uses Saratoga Aromatherapy essential oils exclusively.

 

Modalities include: Swedish, Craniosacral, Reiki/Energy, Pregnancy, Hot Stone, Chair and Myofascial massage. Please let Mary know in advance of any specific health issue to be addressed or a particular modality preference to ensure preparations are done in time for your appointment.
