Fuel yourself daily. You know, try to eat the good stuff, real food that has ingredients that are good for you. Make it easy on yourself and make sure your good food is easily accessible with a variety of choices. Fresh produce, nuts & seeds, yogurt, granola and maybe some dark chocolate are nice to have around. Drinks lots of water, when you first wake up, before meals/with meals and throughout the day.
Just make habits that work for you not against you because you know you are so worth it! Of course, we all will make bad food choices sometimes; please don’t beat yourself up about it. But, just maybe, we can make them less often when we take a moment to think about it.
We decide every day as to what we will eat and it takes just a little planning to eat better. You know that at your local farmers’ markets there’s marvelous local produce available now and through the fall. Not to mention there is usually an assortment of produce, honey, meat, wine, baked goods, crafts and if you’re lucky, you’ll see a massage therapist too How healthy is that?
