Tis the season to give thanks, to be thankful for the many comforts we have in our lives. So many things that we take for granted: our health, our family and friends, a warm bed and a working furnace to name a few. Everyday we’re thrown a couple of curve balls by Life. It helps to keep in mind the “good stuff” to get us through the day.
Taking time to give thanks is good for you too; to appreciate what we have can change our perspective on how we view our lives, our world and as a result, we feel better. Remember, we always have music, art, books and faith when all else fails. Do yourself a favor, (you deserve it), and take stock of the blessings in your life and feel better. Life is good
