Have fun as often as you can, balance out your daily workload with some silliness, a bit of nonsense, a little lightness. Often, we are so driven to finish our “to do” list, we forget to have fun and that is such a shame! The old saying “all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy” may also make one feel out of balance, often unwell.
So take good care of yourself and have some fun. Laugh, dance, be silly, sing, play with your kids, play with your dog/cat, just play a little. Step away from reality, responsibilities for just a wee bit. It will do you so much good to put things in balance.
