Have you stretched today? Anyone that knows me realizes this stretch is not something I can do….yet You probably also know that I strongly believe we should all try to do at least a little stretching/mindful breathing every day.
This cold weather has made it particularly difficult to relax our muscles that are constantly contracting from the shock of the bitterly cold air. So it’s more important than ever to warm up with some lovely stretches, take in some delicious oxygen and replenish those muscles. We so very much deserve it!
