Tis the season to get so caught up in all that’s going on around you that you can easily forget to breathe. I’m not referring to just your in and out everyday kind of breathing but rather deep down in your belly kind of breathing (with equally deep exhales).
Try this breathing technique when you can focus on nothing else for just a couple of minutes. When we’re feeling rushed, stressed, irritated, road rage, cranky, gloomy or overwhelmed, nothing refreshes better than some life giving oxygen!
Trust me, I know you’re busy, but this is when you really need to feed your body and your mind that much needed oxygen. So please, humor me and take a breath for your own good. It will do your body good…had to say it
