Hello friends! ‘Tis the season to be fighting off germs and why not add another way to protect yourself from all those germs? More evidence is coming forth that supports we are affected by energy physically, emotionally and spiritually. Further, this energy balances us and when we’re “out of balance”, we are more susceptible to illness and injury. So, why not try a couple of energy balancing exercises to help you return to a more balanced state?
After I broke my arm this spring, there was loads of time to reflect on what really matters on a day to day basis. There were things that had to get done and things I’d like to get done. If the things I’d like to get done weren’t crossed off the list, there’s always another day. More importantly, I realized how wonderful it is to share a laugh with my family or have a cup of tea with friends. My life feels more balanced keeping things simple. With that in mind, I found this article and it’s exercises interesting and easy to do:
